General Lodge Discussion / PFS at Cool Stuff Waterford Lakes on Fridays
« on: September 04, 2016, 05:18:35 PM »
Hi all, Kristy and I are starting up PFS at the Cool Stuff Waterford Lakes store on Friday nights from 7-11 pm as an alternative for folks who can't do weeknight gaming. We're trying to build up a base of gamers so we're starting with the 3 evergreen scenarios in CORE campaign mode to make it easier for new players. We'll also be offering Quests for walk-ins who want to try out the game.

And if there's anything someone wants us to run, just let us know. We have 99% of all the mods (aside from a few specials) and will run whatever is needed. For now we'll be using the "PFS @ CoolStuff Waterford" Facebook group to try and coordinate until things get going, or you can email us at "pfswaterford at gmail.com".

Also I cannot promise that there will or will not be baked good available from time to time. :)

GM Confidential / Emerald Spire - How lethal?
« on: February 20, 2015, 12:17:36 PM »
I have a copy of the book and am kind of craving running an old school tactical dungeon crawler. How lethal have folks found it to be? Should players be ready with subs to drop in?

Sparrow - Zen Archer 8

We had inquired about Saturdays before but they were concerned about space because they have Magic and Yugi-Oh and Pokemon games/tourneys on Saturdays.

The Pathfinders are sent to the Sanos Forest in central Varisia to assist an agent researching the fey who inhabit the remote wood. Scenario #4-23: Rivalry's End (Levels 3-7)
The Pathfinder Society's conflict with the Aspis Consortium in the frontier region of Varisia has come to a head, and the time to secure dominance of the ancient land is now. But despite mounting victories on the Society's part, the Aspis Consortium still has a few tricks up its sleeves, including several powerful agents from the Pathfinders' past who could prove too challenging an obstacle to surmount. Can the PCs end the ongoing struggle for control of the flow of ancient Thassilonian artifacts out of Varisia's ports, or will the Aspis Consortium succeed in keeping the Pathfinder Society ever in its shadow as it profits on the exploitation of the millennia?

Due to massive head cold/flu, we're going to have to postpone this game until next week (since I was fill in GMing as it was). I will edit the sign-up and move folks over. If you cannot make it next week then please post in the new entry and we'll remove you.

Put me down as volunteering to run the Eyes of the Ten series at Recon next year. I'm starting my prop crafting phase for next year.  :P
